Actually, they are very easy to use. We have one and have done it with the grandparents, who live far away, so they can see their grandchildren. They only problem we have found is that since we have a little faster dialup then them, theirs tends to lock up sometimes. But if you have high speed you are good to go. Also, the program always has a help guide.
