Combine Nesquik and gelatin in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa in large bowl with mixer until smooth. Add Nesquik mixture. Pour into crust and chill 3 hours or until firm.

Sounds yummy! Do you know the calorie and fat content per slice? With 16 oz of cream cheese plus sugar plus the crust, sounds like it's not really "skinny" to me.
