Easy Crescent Flip-overs

Ingredients

  • 3 tubes of crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 qt. of your favorite pie filling, thickened
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Put crescents on cookie sheets, then mix cream cheese, egg yolk and powdered sugar. Now put 1 tsp. cream cheese filling on each triangle of crescent rolls and 1 tsp. pie filling on top of cream cheese filling, then pinch all edges shut. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and then glaze, if desired. Glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar and enough cold water to make a nice glaze.
