MTD Lawn Tractor Not Getting Gas in the Right Cylinder

I have an MTD lawn tractor with a Briggs and Stratton motor, model 402707. It won't start, even with new plugs and a new coil. It's getting gas to the left cylinder and gas in carburetor, but no gas to right cylinder. I tested the compression on both sides and it tested normal. Any ideas?

Diaphragm on right side could be cracked. Are you getting fuel anywhere on the right side?

There may be a plugged or obstruction in the gas line between the carb and the right cylinder. Try flushing it out.
