Removing Seeds From Chilis

If you like the flavor of green chillies, but hate the pungency, you can remove the seeds and use the green part. To de-seed chillies, cut into half lengthwise and hold under a running faucet, the seeds will flow out. For remaining seeds, if any, use a teaspoon to scrape them out while still under water.
