My fuel oil (Diesel) furnace leaked yesterday. I am trying to remove the smell from the house but am having no luck. Does anyone know how to remove it or even lessen in?

We just had a diesel spill in our basement as well, there are two very good products we found industrial strength PUSH it is an enzyme eater and takes the smell away as well as ODORGON.
We purchased both products at a place in Canada called Kleen All.
Hope this helps!

Pour kitty litter on the oil to soak it up. Sweep that up and discard. then sprinkle baking soda on the stain, which will sweeten the smell. The ones that are scented for kitty litter pans are the best for removing odors.
