Do you have a 40-gallon container, Jane? Or are you going to make many batches of tea in smaller containers?

At any rate, your local kitchen supply store should carry tea balls (little metal balls which unscrew in the middle so we can add tea leaves). Alternatively, buy some cheesecloth and make your own bags? (Sew three sides, add the leaves, then sew up the 4th side.)

Good luck,
Rose Anne

Brew it strongly in your coffee pot and just add extra water to your larger container.
