Lactose Free Cheese

I've recently found out that I'm very lactose intolerant, and in my studies and research have found that Cabot brand Cheddar Cheese is completely lactose free. This is done naturally through the aging process. I just found this brand and am looking forward to making recipes with cheese again. Hope this helps others!
