Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup ketchup
- dash garlic salt, salt and pepper
- 1/2 green pepper, cut in small pieces
- 1 small onion, cut in small pieces
- 2-3 stalks celery, cut in small pieces
Directions
Mix well. Put in casserole dish. Place 2-3 slices of bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
