Exceptionally quick to make and so tasty. Have 1-2 each for a lunchtime snack, or 3 or more for a main meal. Eat with a salad or make it into a roast dinner with potatoes, vegetables, gravy, and Yorkshire pudding.

Total Time: Half an hour

Yield: 6

Ingredients:

  • 250 g minced beef (8oz ground beef)
  • 6 rashers streaky bacon
  • seasoning

Steps:

  1. Line 6 muffin tins with the streaky bacon.
  2. Mix your favourite herbs and spices into the beef.
  3. Divide meat up into 6 and press into the tins.
  4. Bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes to half an hour, or until the meat has shrunk and is cooked through.
  5. Serve.

You didn't say temperature setting and 20 minutes is not long enough to cook burger. Bacon won't be done all the way .

The general recipe is called meatloaf muffins, and I bake them at 375° F in my toaster oven, for ~30-35 minutes (using a 6 regular size muffin cup pan).

The author could have meant those tiny muffin cup pans though, and 20 minutes would be fine.
Bacon could maybe be pre-baked, with a dampish paper towel to keep it propped up, then remove towel and stuff? Sounds good, I'll comment again After I make it!
