I use lemon pudding or any flavor. Using the lemon pudding reminds me, a little, of cheese cake. My girlfriend and I were going to join Weight Watchers one year and we decided to make this dessert for our last MEAL, and we ate it all. No wonder we needed WW. HaHa My husband is a diabetic and I try to use sugar free.
