What are some uses for old acrylic cups? We have a bunch that are too worn out (many are cracking) to use as drinking cups. I have already replaced them with a set of drinking glasses. They are pretty tall ones. I was thinking of using them for growing plants, but I'm not sure if they'll provide adequate drainage. Thanks for any ideas!

You could also use them as pen/pencil/scissors holders.

You could use them in place of a scoop like for dog or cat food, potting soil, cat litter, bird seed, etc.

If you drill some holes in the bottom of the cups you would have adequate drainage. The acrylic cups do not hold up well. I had many and they crack, chip and get cloudy very quickly. What else can you do but throw them away?
