Chill the area to solidify the white chocolate then use a bristle brush to gently brush the chocolate off. An icepack is good because you don't want to use a melting ice cube and water damage the area too.
If it is a 'chunk' you might be able to use a spoon or spatula to gently scrape it up off the leather.
