Japanese Fruit Pie
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Melt margarine. Add raisins, pecans, eggs, coconut, sugar and vinegar. Mix all ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes. Pie should be served warm, not hot. This pie also freezes well.
