We use it for bathing, washing hair, laundry, dishes, household cleaning, and washing the car. It does not have any chemicals and isn't harmful to the environment. It doesn't take much so the bottle lasts a really long time.
But, if you like a product that gives big lather, this product will not give you that. You will have to get used to washing without all that lather. If you try it, you will continue to use it. And it does not dry out the skin. It contains many essential oils. It's the only cleaning product I buy because it has so many uses. It is purely organic.

We have very hard water and it foamed up great for us. The only thing is it leaves a sticky feel to your skin and I cant even imagine what it would do to your hair. Soap can be very irritating to a baby's skin and I think I would stick to the more gentler baby formulas such as Johnson and Johnson or Baby Magic. I have very sensitive skin and these soaps are very harsh. Having said all that the lavender formula does smell good if I could just find something other than skin to use it on!
I used his liquid as a shampoo and it totally stripped my hair. My hair has never felt like hay before. I fixed it with conditioner but I don't think it makes a good shampoo.
I love the peppermint one for camping. I use it to wash me, and my hair. No bugs! I always thought it lathered up very well. Perhaps it depends on the degree of water hardness. But it can be used to wash dishes and even brush your teeth in a pinch.
