My recipe for Oatmeal Scotchies is:
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. soft margarine
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. uncooked oats
1 12 oz. butterscotch morsels
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and set aside
Beat till fluffy the margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture slowly.
Stir in oats and morsels.
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7-8 min at 375 F. Makes 4 doz. cookies
Enjoy - my family does.

It is an oatmeal cookie with butterscotch chips. I saw it originally on the Quaker Oats box. They are very good!
