My singing group has started a "Spirit Team" and we need ideas to boost morale. i.e. poems about music, laughing, etc. also, some ideas for special nights...'Shocking Stockings", "Can It Night" for the food pantry. We need quick silly games or THEMES before we begin rehearsals. Thanks so much.
How about a "Sing for Your Supper" potluck or pizza supper. "Give a Little Bit" for a charity fundraiser. In the first idea, you could have each member sing (solo or in small groups) before they get dinner. In the second, you could do a bingo style game with the word "Donate" and sing selections about money or giving. I like the idea of "Childhood Memories" where you would have to name that kid's song from the first line; dress like nursery rhyme characters or characters from kids song ie Baby Beluga. This one would be great for the children's ward of a hospital or as a special program for kids that would be a fundraiser for your group if needed.
