Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 cup oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients with 2 cups cold water in bowl, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until cake tests done.
