If you're planning on taking a cruise anytime in the next year, to get the best deal, book it 1 year in advance. Deep discounts are given to advanced booking. Also, if you were refer friends, who also book early, you could receive additional discounts for them doing so, as well.
I cannot stress this enough, if you book this far in advance make sure you pay with your credit card so you have charge back rights thru your credit card company. What happens if you book a year in advance then the cruise line goes belly up, you loose your money. You cannot be to careful these days so be smart and pay with that credit card, that way you have taken advantage of the great early booking discounts and still have peace of mind knowing that if the cruise line does not deliver there promised cruise you can disput the charges and get your money back.
