One-Pan Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raisins (opt.)

Directions

Melt butter over low heat in large saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, in order given. Drop in walnut sized balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes.
