1 beef heart, sliced and run through the cuber (at the store)
1-2 onions
1 can mushroom soup
Directions
Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge heart. Brown heart like beef
steak, brown onions with heart. Put in 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole; add
soup and 1/2 soup can water. Bake, covered 1 hour at 350 degrees. May
also be cooked on top of stove.
