Blueberry Smoothie I
- 2 1/4 cups blueberries
- 2 nectarines
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Brewer's yeast
- 1/4 cup orange juice
In a blender or food processor, puree all items, adding a few ice cubes at a time. Serve immediately.
Blueberry Smoothie II
Just in time for blueberries!
- 1 cup any flavor yogurt (I would use vanilla or blueberry).
- 1 cup blueberries or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk
Combine ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
Enough for one but you can always double the recipe. Hope you enjoy, I do.

Oh! My husband and I love Blueberry Smoothies! Here's my recipe:
Place the following in a blender:
1 pint blueberries
1 cup yogurt
1 cup orange and pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon Stevia
Blend on high speed and enjoy
Yield: 2 tall glasses
