If that doesn't work, try ammonia (1 tsp per cup of water). Shaving cream worked for me this morning! Was the foundation oil or water base? I've found most stains come out of cotton or cotton blend if I use "Shout" or something similar, and let it soak for a day, then launder in cold water.
