This is my little two-year niece at her grandfather's 80th birthday. She had so much fun with the balloons and we had so much fun watching her with them! Adorable.
My daughter is a Pediatric Intensive Care nurse at the Naval Hospital here in Norfolk and she has seen more than her share of deaths from toddlers inhaling parts of balloons which have burst near the childs' mouth. Although this is cute, it is a tragedy waiting to happen. Please parents, no latex under 4, mylar may be okay.
