I have a black sweatshirt that wasn't really dirty, it just had some white spots, as black garments often get. I have used baby wipes to take off toothpaste stains that remain after I try to sponge them off and thought I would try to use them to get these white spots off (I had tried to sponge them off, too). VOILA! It worked! Baby wipes are good for dark clothes and I don't what else really gets off toothpaste stains.
