Strawberry Cream Cheese Dessert
- 20 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 40 large marshmallows
- 1 cup milk
- 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
- 1 package cream cheese (3 oz.)
- 1 package strawberry gelatin (6 oz)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 small packages. frozen strawberries
Crush graham cracker crumbs. Combine graham crackers, sugar and margarine. Save a few graham cracker crumbs for top. Pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Melt marshmallows in milk. Cool. Add Cool Whip and cream cheese to marshmallow mixture. Pour one half of mixture over graham cracker crust. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add frozen strawberries. When partially set, pour over marshmallow mixture, then add remaining marshmallow mixture as top layer. Sprinkle graham crackers on top.

This is also good when you use pretzels instead of graham crackers!
