Penny Supper Casserole
- 6 hot dogs
- 4 med. potatoes, cooked and diced
- 1 cup canned or frozen peas, drained
- 2 Tbsp. diced onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Combine in order given and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Stir and top with grated cheese and bake for 5 more minutes. Suggestion: If it's too thick, you can add a little milk.
