Banana Punch

Great summer drink!

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups water
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can pineapple juice (46oz.)
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 4 small cans cans water
  • 1 small can frozen lemonade
  • 1 can apricot nectar
  • 5-6 bananas
  • 2-3 large lemon-lime sodas (32oz.)

Directions:

Boil water, sugar and salt and set aside to cool. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, water, lemonade, and nectar. Blend 5-6 bananas with some liquid. Put in 1 gallon container or 2 (1/2 gallon) containers. Freeze. Take out 1 1/2 hours before serving. Add 2 large lemon-lime sodas to 1/2 gallon or 3 to 1 gallon.

Recipe: Banana Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple juice (46 oz.)
  • 1 small can frozen lemonade
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 large bananas
  • 2 cans frozen orange juice ( 6oz. size)
  • 4 qts. 7-Up

Directions

Using blender, blend all the ingredients except 7-Up. Put in a large container and freeze. Take from freezer several hours ahead of time when planning to serve. Thaw so it is slushy and add 4 qts 7-Up.
