Using Oven Recipes for a Crockpot
Does anybody know how to convert oven time to crockpot time so that you can cook recipes for casseroles in the crockpot instead of the oven?

I found this online. Hope it helps. :-) You will need to double (if not triple) the liquids since it cooks at a much higher temperature in the oven. As for the oven temp I'd say 325 - 350 degrees F. should be right for most recipes. Stovetop Cooking Time - Crockpot Cooking Time - High/Low Temp 15-30 minutes (1 1/2-2 1/2 hrs)/(4-8 hours) 35-45 minutes. (3-4 hours)/6-10 hours) 50 minutes - 3 hours (4-6 hours)/(8-16 hours)
