Fixing a Ballpoint Pen

Spary some hairspray on a piece of paper then doodle in the spray and then roll the ball around the paper, it should come unstuck.

I use my lighter...

Hold under a very hot water tap. This will also work if the ink has congealed. Pour the hot water over the entire cartridge.

Try holding it briefly over an open flame and then writing with it.

You usually can make the ink flow again in a ballpoint pen by carefully applying heat to the metal tip.
