Use the above recipe, but cook in a microwave safe dish in the microwave, stirring every 30-60 seconds. It is smooth, and lovely, and done in half the time.

Grandma's Chocolate Pudding

Yields: 4 servings
"Donna Hughes of Rochester, New Hampshire reminisces, 'My grandmother always made this creamy, very chocolaty pudding when we visited.'"

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups water
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and flour. Add water and milk; stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Cook until thick, about 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and salt. Cool to room temperature, stirring several times. Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Serve warm or chill.
Makes 4 servings.

might want to go back through some of the past recipes on this site or type in the word pudding in the box that says search for answers at the top right corner of the page i recall seeing past posts by readers for several different puddings to make
good luck
