I am looking for a diabetic buttermilk rusk recipe. Can anyone help? I have a friend that is a diabetic and she is desperately looking for diabetic rusks.

Rusks are a hard biscuits or zwieback which can be bought in stores. Don't know if they are low carb or not.

Look at this website. It mentions being able to get them at a place in New London called Spar.
