Locating Hot Pepper Varieties Chart
Has anyone ever found a chart that lists the hot pepper varieties with some indication of what's hotter and what's milder? I see peppers in the store and with no information. I'm not going to buy them, unless I know how hot the peppers are. Tender mouth here!

Kim: It's called the"Scoville Scale". Put that in your browser and you'll get many listings.
