Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom soup
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute meat and onion in oil, mix all ingredients, except noodles. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes with cover in medium oven, remove cover and bake 30 minutes more. Sprinkle noodles over top and bake 15 minutes. Using the leanest ground beef possible for this recipe is definitely best.
