I agree with Puppermom, we had always bought stuffed animals for our dogs (Great Danes) until last year the 2 youngest ones (1yr & 3 yrs) were playing with a stuffed toy I bought at a chain pet store specific for dogs. The 1 year old pulled a piece off and swallowed it without us even knowing! The following day we knew something was terribly wrong and after several expensive tests and emergency surgery to remove the cloth that she had swallowed we no longer allow them to have stuffed toys. We almost lost her. So please beware if your dogs have stuffed toys watch them closely when they are playing with them. The toy I purchased ended up being a very expensive lesson.
