Fun recipes for kids, GREAT babysitting idea! You will need:
  • an empty plastic bottle
  • shaving cream
  • perfume (crackly perfume from american girl works best but any will work)
  • a little body wash
Take the body wash and dump it in your bottle. Then take the shaving cream and fill up about 3/4. Fill ALMOST to the top with perfume. THEN SHAKE! Shake harder and harder for a couple of minutes then go outside (or to a sink) and pull off your cap! First you'll hear a "pop" sound from the air pressure being released and then the "lava" will come pouring out! Fun!

Source: Myself: I made it by accident by trying to make a scented perfume.

This is a crack-up. What we create when we're trying to make something useful! I WILL use this idea for my SS class. With a great idea like this-there's GOT to be a way to work it into a story or illustration!! Thank you SOOO much for sharing this. carol

You should NEVER teach kids to mix things together like that.
