Apple Butter

Apple Butter tip: Combine the ingredients for your favorite apple butter recipe in a roasting pan. Instead of cooking it on the stove top, put it in the oven at 350º and stir occasionally until it is as thick as you like it. This method does not need to be watched as closely to prevent scorching.
