"Eagle Brand" Milk (Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions

Gradually stir powdered milk into water, stirring until smooth. Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute (should be steaming but not boiling). Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Yield: Approximately 1 "can."

Tip: Eagle Brand Substitute

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups powdered milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 3 tsp. melted butter

Directions

Mix all together well.
