If you'd consider buying remedies online, visit Only Natural Pet Store.

Diet change very important. No grocery store bought food. Almost all has corn which is a big allergen and yeast builder. Read my past posts for suggestions. I use Malaseb for ears. Like the other suggestions of yogurt. At least some raw diet. Cook a big pot of dog food and freeze portions. Less expensive, no euthanized pound animals in it, healthier, fun to see your pet enthusiastic about their food. Intestinal worms gone with food grade diatomacious earth. Also easy. Check my posts.

Just use plain yogurt. Swab some in his ears once or twice daily. It works for women, it should work for dog's ears.

You can make Blue Power Ear Wash for dog's ears, but don't use in eyes.
1 bottle isopropyl alcohol
4 T. boric acid powder
16 drops Gentian Violet

Mix together and shake before using. There's plenty of information on tf how to use and also you can google Blue Power Ear Wash and get directions on use for problematic ears.

I use this on our dogs weekly as maintenance care.

I don't know if it's holistic or not, but I put a couple of tablespoons of yogurt in my dog's food.
I know this part is not holistic; I put Monistat cream (for vaginal yeast infection) in my dog's ears to stop an infection.
You could also research the effect that diet has on yeast infections.
