Heat Pens To Get Ink Flowing

If you are stuck with a ball point pen that won't work, try heating the metal tip to get the ink flowing. (also gently heating the tube, too.)

I have noticed this (ink stops flowing) happening lately. Does this more during the colder months or any time of the year?
