Ham on a Bun
- ham slices
- Swiss cheese slices
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. hot mustard
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped or grated onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- buns or partly sliced bread
Place ham and cheese slices on a bun or between sliced bread. Mix butter, mustard, onion and poppy seed. Brush buns with this mixture or pour mixture over sandwich loaf. Wrap in foil and bake at 250 degrees F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
