  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced jalapenos, not drained, or more to taste

Directions:

Completely blend together ingredients in a microwave safe bowl until smooth and microwave for about 3 minutes, stirring once.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies,drained
  • 2 oz. diced jalapeno peppers (drain if using canned or jarred peppers)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh is best)

Directions:

Stir together softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chilies and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave on high until hot, about 3 minutes. It is also good served cold.
