Absolutely, she will enjoy it. What 10 yr. old doesn't like to dress up and have makeup put on her. Especially when she can pick from all the different choices.
Only you know your daughter well enough to answer! If she is normally quiet and thoughtful, I would think no, this is not her sort of thing.
She and her friends will have a lot of fun, and the photos are memorable favors that will last a lifetime.
