You could have a sleep over and invite a few kids to her party. During the evening they could make pizza, popcorn, or even s'mores. They could watch scary movies or play video games. You could also put a tent in your living room and the kids could sleep in sleeping bags.
If she is a tom boy you could do a paint party for her. Each child could use paint and paint a tee shirt.
I gave my granddaughter a 11th birthday party here in Tahiti. We had different games that the kids played. She wanted to bob for apples and have a pinata. We also played musical chairs, but we used one of the other children's father who played the guitar. It was fun and the kids had a great time. Just be creative and ask her what she likes to do. I basically let my granddaughter tell me what she wanted to do at her party.

Try a sports party at a park.
Serve hamburgs and hotdogs on the bbq, chips,dips,veggie or fruit trays.
Let the kid's play soccer or something they like.
11 is still young so have her friends come over for a party with the family. Pizza, movies, crafting. You could even have them all make their own pizzas (a mix of pizza and crafting) :)
