I am a girl and my 13th birthday is in a few weeks. I have no clue what I want to do. Last year I went camping and that was super fun, but I don't want to do it again? Any thing would help?

Depending on where you live, not all areas are lifted for social gatherings so you may want to take that in consideration.
A small party at home would sound like a responsible decision this year.

This one is going to be a bit difficult right now due to the restriction and the virus that is around at the moment. it is hard to go to the movies, bowling, or even out to eat. You basically will need to plan a party that you can have at home. Think about what would be fun to do. You said that you went camping last year.
Given the restrictions we have at the moment, an outdoor hike might be great. That's what my friends and I have been doing, and anyone who cannot join, joins us live on video chat on the phone :)

Recently someone had a birthday party and since we're doing social distancing, they organized a birthday parade float. Folks dressed up and paraded, with music, bikes, and cars, in front of the house of the birthday girl, with a sign that said 'happy birthday!"
