15th Birthday Party for Girls?

I am turning 15 in about 20 days and I want it to be fun, but inexpensive. My parents are having money issues. I am thinking about inviting less than 10 people. I can't think of the exact number right now. I think having a scavenger hunt in Walmart sounds really fun, so not only my mom doesn't have to do grocery shopping, it's also really fun and exciting. I was also thinking of Main Event, but I'm not too sure.

I need to know little ideas that I could do during the sleepover that isn't too rowdy/loud. My parents hate it when we're loud. But it needs to be really fun because usually we don't do anything except go on our phones and I honestly hate it when parties are like that. I want us to be so occupied and englufed in ideas that no one will touch their phone, not even once. I'd appreciate it so much.

If you want it quiet, then do a spa night. Paint each other nails and do your hair.

You can also play Trivia or something like this. Tell stories. Each person draw a card with something on it and adds to the story with what is written on the card.

Have a make-your-own pizza night and rent a movie.
