15th Birthday Party for Girls?

I am turning 15 in about 20 days and I want it to be fun, but inexpensive. My parents are having money issues. I am thinking about inviting less than 10 people. I can't think of the exact number right now. I think having a scavenger hunt in Walmart sounds really fun, so not only my mom doesn't have to do grocery shopping, it's also really fun and exciting. I was also thinking of Main Event, but I'm not too sure.

I need to know little ideas that I could do during the sleepover that isn't too rowdy/loud. My parents hate it when we're loud. But it needs to be really fun because usually we don't do anything except go on our phones and I honestly hate it when parties are like that. I want us to be so occupied and englufed in ideas that no one will touch their phone, not even once. I'd appreciate it so much.
