Here is an easy coleslaw you could whip up! This coleslaw can be eaten as a side dish, salad, in your sandwich or complete any meal you want to serve.
Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
- 1 cabbage
- 3 apples
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Slice and shred your cabbage.
- Cut and shred apples.
- Measure out mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar and mix. Pour mixture into the bowl and toss.
- Lastly, toss coleslaw with mustard and ready to serve!
