Asparagus (Instant Pot)

Ingredients:

• 1 lb asparagus
• 1 apple, sliced
• 1 cup cold water
• 1 onion, peeled

Steps:

1. Add water to bottom of pot. Put wire stand inside.
2. Put asparagus, apple and onion inside a pot that fits into the instant pot. Lock the lid.

 
3. Pressure cook at High for 8 minutes and quick release.
4. Turn off the heat and open the lid carefully.
