I'm looking for hazelnut cake I used to make back in the 90s. The cake contains hazelnuts, bread crumbs, but no flour. I made it in 3 layers, and it was filled with whipping cream and frosted with mocha butter cream. It was my first cake I ever made, and it was the beginning of my baking history.
