Check Traffic Before Heading Out the Door

The holidays are around the corner. Many are on vacation/traveling, students on holiday, last minute shopping or unexpected accidents can occur.

If you're going somewhere for leisure, check traffic before heading out the door. The other day, I decided to pick up some last minute holiday gifts and normally the time I left, there shouldn't be any traffic but I was wrong! Had I checked, I could save myself some time.

Traffic was backed up on both sides of the freeway and I was stuck in traffic for a hour (no turning back) when normally it is an easy 15 minute drive.

Of course, if you're going somewhere with an appointment or work, etc you'll still have to get on the road but you could maybe notify your appointment/work, etc you may be late!
